Next session of classes will start on June 11th and run every Wednesday at 3:30PM to 5:30PM for five weeks.  We are also now booking classes starting July 16th.

My teaching career spans 13 years in a variety of curriculum's.

I received two degrees from Northeastern University but not in nutrition.  I have been in the food business since 1965 and build on that experience and education.  Concurrently I was the Phlebotomist, Lab Technician and Medical Assistant for a period of time during Dr. Mortimer Greenberg's research on the Bone Marrow Transplant Procedure.  All of our patient's were pernicious anemic or leukemic and were the basis for his research.  He died February, 2006 but lives on in medical history as the world renowned Hematologist who changed the medical path and prognosis of patients with cancer of the blood.  I am proud of having known and having worked for him as well as the vast amount of education and experience I gained in my medical professional career under his auspices.
